I started coding when I was 12, mining ETH when I was 13, and wholesaling real estate when I was 14.

I received grants from Emergent Ventures and the 1517 Fund to build a pickup soccer website when I was 15.

Then a second grant from Emergent Ventures to build ChatARV, a property analysis platform where people have underwritten properties to date.

I'm currently building FastLease, where we lease vacant CRE units nationwide.
